About your relationship with PrepMaster XI+

PrepMaster XI+ is an 11+ Grammar School entrance exam preparation platform. Collaborators contribute educational content — questions, study materials, and explanations — on a voluntary or agreed basis. This is not an employment arrangement. Please read and confirm each statement below before submitting your application.

I understand I am an independent collaborator — not an employee, contractor, or agent of PrepMaster XI+. No employment relationship is created by my participation.

I agree that all content I contribute (questions, study materials, explanations) may be reviewed, edited, withheld, or removed by PrepMaster XI+ at any time without prior notice or obligation.

I understand that PrepMaster XI+ retains full intellectual property rights over all content I contribute to the platform. I waive any claim to royalties or ownership of contributed content.

I agree to keep all student data, platform content, and internal information strictly confidential and will not share it with any third party.

I confirm I have no unspent convictions or cautions that would prevent me from working with or producing educational content for children, and I will notify PrepMaster XI+ immediately if this changes.

I understand that PrepMaster XI+ operates a referral fee scheme whereby collaborators may receive up to 30% of the applicable monthly or yearly subscription fee for each active paying student they refer to the platform. The exact fee amount will be confirmed in the approval email. This referral fee is paid entirely at PrepMaster XI+'s discretion, is subject to change at any time without notice, and creates no guaranteed or minimum income entitlement.

I understand that I am solely responsible for declaring any referral fees or income received through the PrepMaster XI+ platform to HMRC and complying with all applicable UK tax obligations. PrepMaster XI+ accepts no liability for any tax, National Insurance, or penalties arising from payments made to me under this arrangement.

I confirm that all information provided in this application, including my identity document, is accurate and genuine. I understand that any false declaration may result in immediate removal from the platform.
