1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the PrepMaster XI+ application or accessing the PrepMaster XI+ web console, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PrepMaster XI+ is an educational preparation platform designed to help Year 5 students (aged 9–10) prepare for 11+ Grammar School entrance examinations. The service includes structured practice questions, study materials, mock test simulations, and a Grammar School directory.

3. User Accounts

  • Parent or guardian accounts must be created by an adult (18+) on behalf of a child.
  • Admin and Teacher console access is restricted to authorised staff only.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive or inappropriate for children.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within PrepMaster XI+, including but not limited to questions, study materials, SVG illustrations, and the Grammar School dataset, is the intellectual property of PrepMaster XI+ and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepMaster XI+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
